Another 2-3 shift problem

Another 2-3 shift problem Ok, mine will shift into 3rd at WOT but right after it does it bogs down. Seems like it is pulling timing. I haven't had the chance to log any of the runs so I don't know for sure. But the wierd thing is it only does it at the track. If I am doing 35-40 mph roll in 2nd and hammer it and then shift it into third it shifts perfectly fine and pulls like raped ape. It only does it when the car starts from a complete stop. I figure it has to be a tuning issue, I took the torque management out, and it still does it. So any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mike
