intersting ? I have notice on ls1 powered automatics that they respond extreamly well with alot of stall. But on a stock tradional small block chevy 350, if you were to put on a 4000 stall, it would cause the motor too run like **** and there for make the car slower, put a 4000 stall on a ls1 you better hold on too your *****. Can somebody explain this concept to me Please?

The Gen1 smallblocks have power down low not needing a high stall , most of the time you can get by with nothing higher than a 3000k on a small block, but on a stock traditional smallblock heck I wouldn't even use a stall if its stock, The converters on an LS1 put the engine in its sweet spot. in the upper RPM band.
