Default Dayco Stall??

Has anyone heard of these? Is anyone running one? I am looking at buying a tranny and stall and the guy says he has a 3600 Dayco stall and i just wanted to know if it will be ok or if they are crap.

no, dont buy it. as important as a convertor is, dont cheap out on a product that is unproven. go with the yank, tci, pi, etc.

dayco are stock rebuild junkers

I'm with gator. As of right now I wouldn't go beyond the proven Yank, TCI and Precision Industries (vig).

I wouldn't even go with Fuddle until a lot of people run them for some time without problems. Maybe beginning next season.

the converter shop also makes a really nice one with a billet face and a lock up plate that is rated to almost a thousand hp. the only problem is that it is heavy
