Default Tranny going out? Need help!

My car is an 02 WS6 A4 with about 76k on it (i drive alot). The only mods i have are basic bolt-ons. Well about six months ago installed a B&M shiftplus electronic shift improver. I used it only once or twice (stop using because all the negative things ive heard). It is still on the car, just not being used. So im at a stop light the other day and the light turns green, i accelerate and i notice it not shifting into second and third properly. It doesnt shift into second until around 3800 rpm. It does shift into 3rd till almost 4500 rpm! The more i drive it the worse it gets. Any of you know what the problem is? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like it's starting to slip, have you checked your fluid lately?

For an otherwise stock car, I think it's every 50K to change the fluid and filter.
