Stock versus stock w/converter, roughly how much faster in the 1/4 does this give you using a say 3500 stall?

.4-.5 I think is around average.

That is correct. Depends on how high you go and the rest of your setup. I gained 4 tenths going to a 3500 myself.

0.5 or more with sticky tires and a good launch.

with just a 3000 rpm stall i lost about 6 tenths
