going from t56 to t400????????
I have 4.56 gears... 28 in tall tires.. i rap 6800 rpms max... what will my max MPH be and will i gain going to t400 from the t56???
I have plans for a big big cam and N20.....

4.56's are too much gear. I have 4.10's and want to go th-400 also, and wish I had 3.73's. Unless you are going all out race car, then that is great, go with a 3200 nitrous converter or thereabouts, and good th-400's are easy to find. ATI, TCI, are two that I can think of.
Going straight to a 400 from a t-56, you will probably loose a mile an hour or two, but should pick up 2-5 tenths depending on your torque converter. This is assuming you have stock cam already since you said you are going "big big cam".
