Should I buy?? 200R4 I have a chance to get a 200R4for my T/A.. I am in need of a rebuild and I have already bought all the parts from TCI to build my 4L60E, but I have found a damn good deal on this 200R4 that is ready to run..
It was built by Smitty and has Alto clutches/steels, TransBrake, and some aftermarket hard parts.. Manual Valvebody, etc.. Was running 10's with ease and never had a problem. This is basically just what I need and I can get it for around $300-$400 bucks.
What else would I need besides a converter? I think I remember reading that I should use a 6spd crossmember and would need a new driveshaft? Is this information correct??
