I need to drop my starter to pull my crank pulley. on bolt is right next to that plastic cover right where the TC is. where is the other bolt? a pic would be great.

 

I'm guessing that you already took the one off that you can see very clearly. The other one is on the other side way deep in there. Had to use a flash light to find it. I had to use a long extention and a lot of brute force. Good luck.
