Marty,
Best way is to buy a B&M tranny drain kit (Summit for less than $10) and install it in the drain pan. The sensor will screw up in the "plug" part of the drain kit. It will work great. Someone has a pic around here of it done. I mounted mine facing the rear end. Hope this helps. <img src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" border="0">

Yup, like he said.

I have pics at http://www.fear.net/~dope/camaro/ (all the DCP*.jpg pics).

Works great. Just make sure it doesn't interfere with the filter or any of the internals first, it's kinda packed in there. Mine's on the front side as you can see.
