Default what stall?

i am currently building a, hopefully 400rwhp, head and cam car. Its an auto. what stall, and what size should i go with. vigilante(sp) come highly recomended, but im a kid on budget. any advice?

I put a TCI SSF3500 in mine and love it. I bought it on a SP here.

It really depends on your cam and heads aggresivness, but you propably do not want to go any less than a 3400 stall and typically people go a bit higher. I have had my midwest in for about 2 months with no issues, but its got less then a few hundred miles on it, so I can't give you a long term opinion on it.
