Crack in the extension housing

Crack in the extension housing Have any of you ever seen a crack develope in the extension housing? I went to the track last night, and when I got home I noticed it was leakin trans fluid, and I saw a hairline crack on the bottem of the ext. housing. I think this is kinda odd. The car only has 13500 miles and has only been to the track once. Any input/suggestions?
