Default what do u think of the flaxplate for 4l60e
as u can see from the topic .

ist worth buying it ?? will i notice any different if i had it ??

It's a good part to replace when going with a higher stall speed converter, for reliability's sake. Nothing you will be able to feel in terms of noticing it.

ok ... I found 2 type

one is Internal Balance with 168 tooth

and External Balance with 153 tooth

I have holden commadore with 5.7 GEN3 and 4L60E

whats diffrent and which better ??
