Default Stall / How to launch

I have a 28-32 stall, i never honestly knew that your stall is were you launch so for the past 2 months i still have been lauching at 1500. Any tips on gettin my RPMs up for the launch. O and i really suck in the burnout box!!!!

Your stall is NOT where you launch at. The true stall of a converter can't be achieved by brake torqueing, only a transbrake of the like can achieve the actual stall speed of the converter. What you want is the brake stall speed, which is lower than the rated stall speed, the actual speed depends on traction, quality of your brakes, condition of the trans and converter design. You should experiment with different stall speeds, it may like more stall speed (like just before spinning the tires) or it may like less (some converters work great right off of idle, this is called flashing the converter).
