4l60e Experts Help!
I have a A4 TA with heads and cam 3600SST 3.73's and all the boltons. I have a problem getting this thing to shift at the track. On the street it will shift perfect @ WOT and normal driving. The problem is at the track it will not shift 1-2-3 without lifting off the gas. It will hit the rev limiter hard and just won't shift out of and gear without lifting. It works great, no slipping or anything like that. What can cause this problem? Is the tranny starting go?

If the fluid level is slightly low, and you are having good 60 foot times, then I would add about 3/4 quart of fluid, as you might be picking up air on acceleration, which can cause this.

Check the voltage going to the shift solenoids. My 04 GTO did the same thing and I got codes low voltage then high voltage to solenoids. Burnt the clutchs up bad.

I have EDIT and it's just been tuned to idle and stuff but the trans stuff hasn't been messed with. I really have no idea what needed to be messed with on the tranny part of the tune so I left it alone. Like I said, it works fine until you go to the track.
