adapter plate for powerglide?

anyone know where i can get an LS1 powerglide bellhousing or adapter plate?

The powerglide has the same bellhousing as the th400, th350 etc.
You can also buy input shafts and other stuff to make use of a th350/400 converter.
So adapting an LS1 to powerglide is basically the same as th350/400 swaps as far as bolting it up to the engine.

and where would i get an adapter for a th350/400?

You don't need a bellhousing adapter.

you aren't being very complete with your answer there buddy. are you saying that a TH400 will bolt directly to a LS1 motor w/o any modifications? cause i assure you your wrong.

A TH400 will bolt right up to an LS1. OK I could be wrong, A BuicK/Oldsmobile/Pontiac (BOP) bolt pattern won't but a chevy bolt pattern will. You can use a spacer to bolt a regular th400 TC to the LS1 or just get a th400 converter made for an LS1.

So what I'm saying is...get a turbo 350 style input for the power glide, this will let you use a th350/400 converter, then get either a spacer for the converter or a converter made for a th350/400 LS1.

I'm saying You can convert the powerglide to have the same converter as the th400, the bellhousing is the same as the th400 So at this point you would need whatever you need to do to bolt up a 400 to an LS1. And it's not an adapter plate.
**** it I give up. There are questions about bolting a th400 to an LS1 here every week and none need an adapter to bolt it to the engine.
Ask someone else, sorry for trying.
