Default Recommended stall speed for my mods?

I want the car still streetable, dont wanna have to worry bout cookin the fluid. Mods are as follows.
383 stroker with CC306 cam
Edelbrock LT1 heads with another grand port/polish/grind by Livernois Motorsports
Longtubes into Y pipe
Puts down about 380-400 to the tires(dynojet), motor only
4l60 with 3.23 gears, possibly going to 3.73 soon
I was thinking 3000 to 3400. Any recommendations?? Thanks, Nick

Dunno about an LT1 car but usually on an LS1 you don't want to go any lower than 3500, thats what I have and I would consider it very streetable.

Yeah, LT1 make more TQ down low in stock trim compared to LS1's that is why they usuallu get a 2800-3000 stall, but your obvoulsy far from stock and you power band is probably up much higher with it being cammed (what are the cam specs?) so i'd say something in the 3200-4000 range depending on how much looseness you can tolerate. Do you have a dyno sheet you can post?? That will help us to pick the right converter.

sounds good for your setup, if you're going to stay with the 3.23s go for a 3500, if you're going with the 3.73s go with a 3000/3200

About 300 rpm below your peak torque. Just look at your dyno graph.
