trans actin up hey guys im new here, so hello to all. Here comes the prob, I have a 01 blazer ( my buddy posted earlier bout it in the "need help asap" ) that will shift through all gears just fine IF i manually shift it and if I put it in drive and press the gas it will start off ok if im driving like grandma but when I give it some gas it will cut out and just rev up. i just had the front and rear differentials replaced (took it to a dealership) and they told me that they thought the sun shell was shattered but they didnt think it would shift out of first. My question is this. Is it the sun shell and im goin to have to buy a new trans or is it something else that i might could come out cheaper on caues i just paid 3000$ on the diff. and I really dont wanna have to put another 1000 bucks into it. Im driving it around right now is this bad or am i ok? Sorry so long any help very much appreciated thanx guys.
