Default Probuilt I have a question

Where is my vacuum modulator kit?
I sent a pm here, I sent email, I called on the phone.
I got one order from you in 3 days. This is going on two weeks. I requested a tracking number, I got nothing. My credit card was charged two days after I placed the order. I place a lot of orders and my credit card always gets charged no sooner than the day the part gets to me.
All I want is some feedback.
I ordered from you simply because you've helped me on this board before I bought anything from you. I could have got this same stuff cheaper from a place 200 miles from my house and had it in two days But instead I thought I should give you some business in return for the advice you've given me.
Now you don't return my emails with a tracking number and you don't reply to my private messages.
To be honest I don't even want the damn thing anymore, but I paid for it already.

I'm not ProBuilt, but I know Dana, and can tell you he'd bend over backwards for his customers, so I'm sure there is a good reason. He wouldn't intentionally hose anybody.

Not saying i'm being ripped off but i would like to know whats going on.
I ordered a lot of stuff from several different places. Pulled the trans, waited for it all, asked if this kit can be put in with trans in car, everyone said they'd do it with it out, got all the parts, did all the work, got tired of waiting for this, put it in, realized I screwed it up the vb plate holes, pulled the vb to make adjustments, it didn't help, need to pull it again to replace the plate, plus i didn't like the converter, leaks around the pump, pulled it out and changed the pump seal and converter, it still leaks a little.
Needless to say I'm already irritated about the whole situation.
I never intended this car to be a project, I have other vehicles for that.
So I'm putting the trans back to a mild shift kit only, maybe vac modulated, a leak is not acceptable so most likely the trans will come out again, plus the pump, got to order more parts, plus the bit to take the bellhousing off this time.
All this to put the car back to where it was before--stock converter, shift kit, no leaks, so it can sit in the garage forever.

Plus the borg warner 8 disc set up I got from probuilt says it comes with extra different sized steels to set clearance, mine didn't. i've used this same set up on 700's and they always had the extra steels...so my clearances are not what i would have liked for them to be. Plus on the phone he said my clearance was a bit on the big side at .037, i agree,

I just got back in town late last night. The Vacuum modulator went out the next day Priority mail, as I told you. I will look into it Monday, as there is not much I can do till then. I did not ignore you, as I have already have talked to you about this. I will send you another one, or have it dropped shipped (vacuum modulator) first thing Monday, if you have not already received it by then. I said .037" is a little over the limit of .030", not drastic. If you were to change to a "thicker" steel, to reduce the clearance, it would change by about .017-.018", this would be "too much" of a change, as this would result in an apx. .020" 3-4 clutch clearance.
