New converter question? Sorry if this has been addressed before.
I have a 2001 formula with 3.23 gears. I got a vigilante 3200 installed about a 2 days ago and my car has died on me a few times since, usually when backing out of a parking space (at virtually no RPMs). Is this usual? Also when I'm coming to a complete stop the RPMs bounce from 600 to about 850 a couple of times before finding idle. Just wandering if this is natural or if it is something that the computer will adjust to after a little more driving. Any thoughts?

Re: New converter question? Ya, happened to me once. It was really cold, and I was going really slow and turning with the wheel full cranked. The RPM's just dipped low enough for it to die. The RPM's do dip down occaiounaly. Totally normal.
