Unhappy what stall for th400?

i have a th400 that im going to be putting in my camaro but i dont know what stall to go with? is a 3500 tci stall good or would it make the 400 very hot ? camaro with headers,air lid,4:10 gears?

i have 4.10s and a 5100 stall. the biggest cooler i could find and an aluminum pan keep my tranny super cool.
We need to know your ENTIRE set up, weight, what you wanna do with the car, goals and anything else you can think of to recommend a converter.

What do you want to do with the car? Where are you making power and how much? What is the suspension?

Its Just A Stock Ls1 Stock Suspension Maybe 150 shot in acouple of months With Headers, Air Lid, 4:10 Gears ...i Just Want A Stall For Right Now But A Good One Because My M6 Went Out And I Want To Drop My Th400? Where Can I Find The Cooler Pan And A Good Tranny Cooler?
