Converter and tuning?

Converter and tuning? My friend just had a Yank SS 3600 installed on his 2002 Corvette. When I bought HP Tuners I got it for his year car and mine cause he was willing to throw in some $. I have already removed the majority of his Torque Management and raised his rev limiter so he doesnt hit it when the car shifts. I was wondering if I should change any other settings on his computer for the converter he has installed. Thanks.
