transmision coolers I am going to order a ST3500. What is the best oiler cooler to get with this converter. Also what else am I going to need to get? Would a shift kit be a good idea while I am at it.

Re: transmision coolers I personally like the B&M Super Cooler in the 19000 gvw size, but there are many equivalent coolers out there. The shift kit is a matter of personal preference. It's not needed to go fast, but it may firm up your shifts and might keep your trans line pressure a little higher at WOT.

Re: transmision coolers 19,000 GWV is plenty up north, unless you autocross.
If you want firmer shifts, I would use a transgo kit; just make sure it is installed properly.
