Default Pressure plate question????????

Ok when I put on the Cartek Pressure plate not all the fingers compressed all the way. They are pretty close but not completly even all the way around. I checked to make sure that all the bolts were tigh and that it was flush with the fly wheel. Will the fingers sit properly after driving the car for a little bit??? Did anyone else have this problem?? Thanks..Michael

They should be within about .050". Most diaphragms won't have completely level fingers - fairly normal.
