Default Help replacing my Yank ST3500...

I had my converter in the back of my truck which was in a wreck and thrown from the truck. I know it's an older converter, but I liked it a bunch and found 2 lightly used ones for sale. My question is, are there any other new(er) converters out there that will behave just like the ST3500 and/or perform better? I'm going to be using it with a Lingenfelter GT2-3 cam and 3.23s (might step up to 3.73s). Gimmie some ideas! Thanks!

the SS3600 replaced the ST3500 and is an updated unit
better performance low speed and thru the mid range and a extra large clutch
also on a new low price
