So one of the guys that I work with suggested this tranny place noting specific person to call for transmission work. I call the guy and explained that I will be pushing about 600hp through my 4l60e and that I was wondering what he could do for me. He quoted me $1295 for complete overhaul/upgrade with parts for my 4l60e that would easily be able to handle this kind of power. I really can not ramble any of the upgrades off because I was driving and didnt write them down.

Is this a good price?

Should I ask any specific questions? Ask for a complete breakdown of upgraded parts?

Supposedly this guy has a great reputation. Any suggestions are appreciated!
