OK I have a big problem. I have a Camaro SS 2000 with the stock transmission which I guess is the 4L60E. My transmission is slipping really bad. I'm stationed overseas in the military. I have been told of a company that will build me a custom tranny and ship it here but I don't want to spend that kind of money if I don't have too. Is there a rebuild kit that I can purchase and just have the tranny rebuilt? Also is it safe to keep driving it until I get this problem fixed? Thanks in advance for the help.


Also I've been told about finishlinetransmissions. And for the rebuild kit (if there is one) right now I only have 350 rwhp. Thanks again.
