Default cold weather slipping?

well i've got a 94 ta w/ a 4l60e and it has started slipping but only seems to be when its extremely cold outside. I'm in Laramie, Wyoming and its been at the warmest -10 here latley. But it only seems to do it while its cold
after it warms up it seems to be fine

I had the exact same problem at temp. of 10*
I attribute it entirely to the weather.
