PAN: B&M or Hughes?
PAN: B&M or Hughes? which of the pans has the better adapter for the filter?
i know some just push in, and some have a clip, others ive seen bolt in.
im torn between the 2 pans.
any thoughts, please.

The 4L60E pan is completely different from a 4L80E pan. The B&M pan uses an extension piece along with a bracket to hold the filter in place. This ensures that the proper suction is always maintained and not compromised should the filter "slip off".

i like the fact the hughes hold FOUR extra quarts.
ive seen one in person before, but never the pickup variations in the two.
the hughes pan is huge.
it would make a failry cheap house for a homeless guy.
i found out today that the hughes does not use an extension.
both companies had there explanations for having/not having an extension.
im in the air.
i like the price of the B&M, but the hughes does hold one more quart.
wonder if one quart lowers the temps that much.
