Default need some clarification on 4L60

How many gears or speeds does the 93 model 4L60 ( non electronic) have and more importantly, does it have a lockup torque convertor? If it does, mines not locking up. Thanks everyone.

It bolts to the case in front of the valve body. There are two 10mm head bolts that attach it to the case, with a snout that inserts into the pump. Your car is a 93 right? The wiring in that trans if it's a original 93 700 is a little different than earlier 700's.You will be able to id it by the case connector. It should have a 5 pin case connector. Earlier models had only a 4 pin connnector. The 5 pin harness with the lockup solenoid can't be found. What your going to have to do is get the earlier set up and splice it in with butt connectors. Or buy a aftermarket one and do the same. I prefer the OEM ones!! Your setup is kinda rare...good luck.
