Need Some help redlining and not getting in passing gear

Need Some help redlining and not getting in passing gear i have stock 99' 4 speed auto trans and for the past few weeks the car will go up through the gears fine as long as i dont get on the accelerator, but if i get on it, it will red line and not shift right, or when i am up to speed and punch it instead of it jumping into passing gear it will rev up and redline but not shift down. also when i just accelerate up to about 80 and hold it it sounds like the engine drags for a second and is fine.

same issue I,m having same problem, not sure if it is programming or mechanical, or something electronic in trans. I bumped up line pressure helped a little, I'm going to post another thred also, If i get anythign I'll let you know and if you do please email Thanks.
I have a 95 Z28 with a 4L60E, most of the time it will not want to shift out of 3rd at 120 mph. I let off of it, and it goes right in. I think it is the programming, or the pressure of the fluid in the transmission. I am getting all the programming re-done when the cam goes in here in a few days. I think that will solve it, i will need that 4th gear in the quarters, with the 3.73's
