If it doesn't break then you don't need the warranty policy.

Build it to mil specs or don't do it.

Have only 2 post b/c i forgot my other user id. Since I was not here for a while so this is my new one. The part that I had was a ST 3500 the reason for poor customer service was when my trans went out I tried to contact them, e mail and telephone, to essentially send it to them and clean, b/c of the dirty fluid from the trans was in the TC. After a week and a half of doing so with no response I just bought another TC b/c i needed my car back. That is why, there was poor customer service but have a great product.
Since a couple days ago have spoken to someone there and now i am happy.

Yes, you had a hard time contacting us during our move to the new larger plant out of state.
It took much longer than expected and caused an issues for all!
