4L60E need builder

4L60E need builder I just pulled my 4l60e today. Now I need someone to build it for me.
If anyone can tell me what this will intel as far as what's top of the line as far as parts and what else needs to be replaced or reconditioned.
I have a 94 z28 the motor is new stock bottom end with heads and cam.
It is still in the works should have around 425 too 450hp cam comes in at about 3500 rpms so i need advice on a stall converter as well. I live in North Carolina if this helps in any builder suggestions.
