LT-1 to th-350 or th-400.

LT-1 to th-350 or th-400. I have a 1995 caprice Lt1 that i am puttingin to my 1993 camaro. i have every thing for the motor. but i have no trand yet. i was going t by a $l60e but it cost $700 for on used with 100k. on it. also that was the only one i found in the area. So i am going to run a th-350 , th-400 or th-700r4. i have not been hearing good things about the 700r4. but my bud wasgoing to sell me his for $150 . I no the 700r4 would be best for MPG or the 350 and 400. i plan on doing some mods to the motor.
What i need to no is what all do i need to run the th 350-400 in my camro. i have a a4 in it now. but it is a 3.4 motor. I have been told that the trany will not fit the bell. but i have not pulled the moto yet to c.
What do i do about the kit down? willit work with my computer? will the tq converter monut to the lt-1 flex plate?
