More than 150. I'm thinking around 175. IIRC, I looked at a gear calculator one time that said 181, so take a few mph off for rolling resistance and aerodynamic drag.
If I had an accurate way to measure it, I'd find out for ya real quick, because mine will pull to 150, then feel like it has plenty left in it. Too bad the speedo stops at 155.

the theoretical top speed won't change because of drag. if you're spinning a certain rpm you're going the same speed no matter how much drag you have. However, with wind resistance it'll be harder to actually get the rpms that high (because your engines power is what brings up the rpms.)
But I would advise not shifting into 4th gear at full throttle, so keep it in 3rd when doing top speed runs... or destroy your tranny.
edit: with the stock rev limiter you'll see ~120. Or you can leave it in 4th and accelerate to your top speed slowly (so that your car doesn't downshift) and you can top out over 170 in 4th... but you'd need a lot of horsepower to do so.
