Typical install time for a 12-bolt?
Its not going to be done until the summer (so I can take a few days off from work if necessary). Plus that's when I'll probably have enough to buy one, hehe <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />
We did the R+R, as well as swap the u-joint, fix up the LCA relocation brackets (metco) so they were perfect, grind the PHB, make sway bar brackets, press on the bearings, grind the backing plate nuts (so they line up), etc.
The second day, plan for 3-4 30 mile drives; with a 2 hour cool down between EACH. And then up to a 100 mile trip. I should note that this will take a good 6-8 hours on top of everything else.
Obviously it can be dome quicker, but the 2 of us were in no big hurry. We took breaks when needed, and it looks like the factory installed the damn thing. It also didn't help that it was kind of cold, and when we were done the 1st day I had already been up 30 hours straight.
