Default A4 shifting weird

My 4l60e is acting strange. If I leave the from a stop at almost any throttle position it will shift directly into 4th from 1st. If I am at WOT it will go to 4th and stay there for a few seconds or longer then downshift. Any ideas? There are some codes, but they are unrelated. The TPS and MAP are both fine. Running out of ideas.

All the basics check out okay. I checked fluid, connections, etc. Any more ideas?

are you sure its 1st and 4th not 1st and 3rd? if its 1st and third sounds like a broken sun shell gear.

I was logging it and it was showing 1st to 4th. I am wondering if it is a PCM problem or programming problem. I posted it in the PCM dagnostic section already and came up with nothing.
