Default Tranny wont shift

Just got through changing motor & trans mount with the Poly mounts and when I got everything back together the car will not shift down when I stomp on the gas. I can be doing 30mph in D and stomp on it and it should shift into 2nd gear but it does not! Did I pull a vaccum loose somehow? Is there a vaccum on it? I took the alternator and A/C compressor off, lifted the motor (with the old rubber mount off of the tranny) replaced the engine mounts and let it back down, removed the transmission mount and it did drop down some so I lifted it with a floor jack and replaced the tranny mount and secured it. Now it wont shift or "kick down" into 2nd or 1rst. And it actually seems a bit slower or even sluggish. I also put a new exhaust (Stainless Works 3") system in it. Any thoughts? Thanks guys!!

I fixed it. The Throttle Position Sensor was unpluged so I plugged it in and it works as advertized. So I goofed, so what!!!
