Your tracking number should have been e-mailed to you. I believe it's an automatic thing, if you didn't get it check your "bulk" inbox because sometimes your e-mail will see automated e-mails as spam and sort them differently.
If you can't reach him by phone, leave a message. He seems to be pretty good at calling me back.
