M6 to A4 now no lock up

M6 to A4 now no lock up jsut finished a swap and now my converter (4400) wont lock up. i switched out computers and wiring harness. i am confused about the wiring inside the car. if someone could help me out that would be great. i think it is something that i didnt hook up inside the car.
