A friend of mine has a 3.8l firebird, she is in need of a new transmission and I found one for sale on another forum from a 1999 pickup, fresh rebuilt for performance. Will this fit up to the 3.8l? I dont know much about fbodys, I drive a silverado myself, but am pretty sure shes got a 4l60e but unsure if its the same bellhousing or whatever. Its a 2000 firebird and the tranny she wants in it is one out of a 1999 silverado.
