Default 4l80e shifting problems

I have a 4l80 with a 6.0 from a truck that was a package deal and when you drive at hwy speeds as soon as you slow down it seems like the shift points are about 1500 rpm more than wheen cold or if you just do stop and go driving but even in stop and go driving it will eventualy start acting up and shifts harder than normal. I had wait4me performance do the harness and programing on one of his computers that i bought and I am very satisfied. The only thing that puzzled me was that the inpot speed sensor for the trany was deleted and he said it was programed like a 4l60 and would work. Could this be my problem or should I look elswhere.

Thanks Woody

This is just an idea. You may want to log and see what the speed sensor is doing at this time because they are known to act up on the 4l80e. Good luck
