I shift in to od at about 125 give or take a few mph's

Sounds like he has 3.73s which shift at 123 into 4th if he's still at the 6000 rpm shift point.

Sorry for the lack of response my internet imploded. Im pretty sure 3rd-4th are fried so Im gonna have the trans rebuilt. I have stock 3.23s. As far as going 125mph + I was playing with my buddies' Formula M6 on the highway.

if the car was not bought with z rated tires from the factory,
isnt the speed limiter lower than ~160mph?

ya those idiots at gm put a 110 mph tach in my damn 94 formy so i had to replace it with a 150 one
