I got off the phone with Mike from Yank earlier this morning. I told him I would call him and he called me before I even got to it. I spoke with him for about 30 minutes discussing my car and driving habits and we worked out what would be the best. Very polite, paticent, and responsive to all of my little questions. Go with Yank, from what I've been thorugh so far they are great to deal with. I ended up going with an SS3200 and if the service is there I'll be more than happy to shove out the extra money.

i've got a vig, when i ordered it they told me it would take 4 days to get it, needless to say i got the thing at the front door in 2. I don't understand why the need to go with off brand unknown products in general. you get what you pay for. yank, precision, or tci are the only converters i would consider.

Fuddle is officially the worst company I have ever done business with. 3 weeks after I place my order I have no torque converter, they will not call me back on the phone, respond to my pms or email. I will be ordering a Vig tommorrow. good luck dealing with these clowns.

This is the worst part......... nothing like being left out in the dark.

In my opinion, a company that cannot even make an attempt to return a call, e-mail, or pm is embarrassed by their lack of ability to deliver.

I don't want to hear that "we are swamped...." or "we are having foundry problems........"

Hire some help and find a foundry that can deliver a good product on time, that's not my problem, it's theirs.
