This recently started up and has been getting worse over the last few weeks. Basically what happens is the car does first gear just fine, but on the 1-2 shift it lags for almost 1-2 seconds before it engages again resulting in a noticable feeling of me being pushed forward, then it engages and throws me back into the seatback again. This also happens for the rest of the shift points as well. Once the gears are engaged, everything seems fine. Is it rebuild time or could the pump be the problem here?
