3000 or 3500 stall?
Hey i own another car as a dd and i drive the z just to have fun and get around sum places. stock internal, only exhaust and little intake stuff. what stall you guys recomend? ive searched NUMEROUS times and im thinkin im gonna go with the 35oo . what would the difference be in et's between the two?
also, it sounds dumb but whats the difference between a lockup and non lock up, thanks a bunch
update: i found a new vig 3200 for 300 bucks, sounds like a good deal to me, what ya think?? ( i have a 01 z28 and have the stock trans, thats the 4L60E correct?)

Yes, 4L60E lockup. Match your TC choice with cam, gears. etc. Vig 3200 new for $300 is hard to pass up. Otherwise, 3500 rpm stall even if daily driver. If the car is your only means of transportation, choose parts wisely!

If you buy a used stall, you need to send it back to PI and have them do a cut and clean. UNless someone can provide proof that the converter was just freshened up I would not put a used stall in the car.
