Default th350 ???

are the bolt pattern the same from an ls1 block to a old school 350 or are the different and if so is there a adaptor plate or do you need a new casing

TH350 bolts up to the LS1 block, doesnt use all the bolts, obviously. Much easier to get to the bolts too. No special casing or adapter needed. I would recommend getting a 9" tailshaft with the VSS bung welded into it, so your speedo works. Yes there is the ABS sensor way, but the VSS leaves it all to where everything is functional, and clean.

And yes, I run a TH350.

And yes, I run a TH350.
I have a buddy with a TH350 that we are going to put in my car for a couple of weeks. It doesn't have the 9" tailshaft, it has the shorter one on it. Would a driveshaft from a 200R4 Third-Gen work???

which third gen had a 200r4 in it? i think you mean 700r4 but i could be wrong . 82 had a 3 speed auto (200c) or T-10 4 speed, but the 83-92 all had the same size driveshaft with the 700r4 and T-5.
