Default P1786: 3-2 downshift fault

The car is in the shop, all transmission components replaced and i'm getting this error. All solenoids have been changed and still nothing. The car will not downshift from 3rd to 2nd.
Any ideas of what may remedy this? BTW it does shift manually from 1st to 2nd to 3rd but thats as far as it will go.
background: car was dyno tuned by F-body Central back in Februaury. The shop just put in a 2800 stall with a transgo shift kit and beefed up the internal components of the transmission.
Also I just noticed that my oil pressure is hovering right above the red line at idle. (This is a new problem)

sounds like an internal problem whoever beefed it up may have made a mistake or the computer is seeing to many rpms because of the stall which i doubt but possible......maybe the oring on the 3-2 solenoid is leaking?when i get home tonight i will look at my manual and see what else i can find

Well now they are saying that everything checks out and that it must be the PCM causing the error. They sugest I have my PCM reflashed and that should get rid of it.

Hmmm....must be a EFA thing....mines doing that same thing. Had the tranny built up after that happened once the TransGo shiftkit went in. I have a 3600 stall. No OD for me. I'm going to go over to PSI(where I had mine tuned) and get Jeff to take a peek at it. While he's in there, I need him to smooth out my WOT air fuel spark time issues anyway. Wish you luck!
