F-Body 4L80E conversions - help please
I have an F-Body that I am doing a 4L80E conversion on and trying to control the shift points with the stock PCM. I have a Spearco harness, vacuum modulation on the line pressure, and a Transgo shift kit. I am using EFILive FlashScan and copied the trans cals from a truck over to the F-Body tune. My problem is that the computer is not properly controlling the shifts at all times and I think it may be in the calibrations compatibility.
Anyone out there with a F-Body/4L80E conversion working off of the stock PCM that would be willing to send me a tune file so I can see what is going wrong here? If so, please send the file to BLK02WS6@aol.com
Thanks in advance for any help!!

I know on mine, I had to email HPtuners my tune and they modified the operating system so that my stock PCM would control the 4l80e. I have not tested to see if it works but Im sure it will.

The vacuum modulation screws with the commanded shift points. I had to play around with mine a lot to get them to shift where I want them to. It's not a problem with the tune, you'll just have to experiment a little and see what commanded shift points give you the actual shift points you want.
Example: My 1-2 shift is set somewhere around 49 mph and 5900 RPM and I actually shift at somewhere around 60mph and 6300 RPM, 2-3 is even more different, etc etc
I'll post my shift tables when I get home from work later.

Also keeps the downshifts in about the right place. Give these a shot and see how they work for you, then do some tweaking on them to see if you can get what you want out of them.
