Hard shifting.
Hard shifting. I was coming home this evening and hit a big F#$%ing pot pole. Right after I hit it the service engine soon light came on and now the transmission shifts real hard. When you put the car in drive it just slams in gear. What the hell could be the problem? Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance.
You are running high line no doubt about that, The conector to trans could have come loose but then it wouldnt shift , Now what likley and I have seen it happen is the pcs conector came loose inside the tranny this would set and electical fault for the pcs and cause max line preasure all the time , Thats my best guess

Thanks everybody. nmhellraiser is my roommate. He took the car to autozone to have it scanned and they told him that the MAF sensor was out and both O2 sensors. He took it to Texas Speed and they told him it was probably just a fuse which it turned out to be. Guess when it hit the bump it caused the wire to the O2 sensor to touch the header and short out. Texas Speed saved him about $350. Thanks again and maybe this will help if it ever happens to anybody else. It was (I believe) a 10 amp fuse under the hood.
