Default 1-2 delayed shift and no shift at WOT

My 98 TA had major delayed shifting going from 1-2 and will not shift when at WOT. Also when at WOT, engine power seems to decrease as it gets above 4500 RPM. There are no transmission codes either. Both of these problems seem to be intermittent but happen more times than they dont. Any answers????
